Description 1 autograph letter, signed, to Willard L. Felt (Chairman of the Lecture Committee of the New York Mercantile Library Association), accepting a speaking engagement in Brooklyn during Thackeray's forthcoming visit to the U.S.A. Thackeray warns Felt that he has suffered recurring illness since his visit to Italy 20 months previously.
