Hard-covered notebook (measuring 10" x 8"). The first entry is dated "Monday 21st April '58" and the last is dated "Friday 22nd August" [1958].
Loosely inserted inside the back cover are a single typed sheet showing a table with the title "The possible positions of side-chains," and a typed letter to Crick from Dr Igor Tamm (19 May, 1958).
